If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us and we will issue a refund.
You can cancel your order for any standard item (all items excluding made to measure doors and painted to order doors) purchased on this website and obtain a refund. You are entitled to a 14 working day “cooling off” period from the date you receive your goods so you need to notify us of your request for a refund within 14 working days from your delivery date for your refund to be valid. Outbound standard delivery and express delivery fees will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Both the product and packaging must be in 100% pristine condition in order for a return and a refund to be considered. It must also be in the original packaging. The products must be re-saleable.
Products and goods must be fully inspected by the customer on arrival and any damage reported to the delivery driver immediately and marked on his proof of delivery. Any damage should be photographed and reported immediately by email to email@example.com. There is a maximum of 24 hours after delivery to inspect and report any damage. No refunds or exchanges can be considered after this time. Products damaged on arrival and reported immediately will be exchanged or refunded.
If you install a product which was damaged on arrival you will be deemed to have accepted it in its damaged state and no compensation or refund can be sought.
You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them, items must be returned in their original packaging. No return or refund will be possible unless the door AND its original packaging are 100% intact. You as the customer will be expected to pay for the transport of goods back to us and if you request us to arrange this on your behalf the cost is the same as the delivery charge, £44 for the first door and £10 each for each extra door. All ironmongery and accessories are POA. Collection charges will apply even if your outbound delivery was free of charge.
There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the items AND where the products are from different suppliers there will be more than one collection charge and more than one re-stocking fee.
To cancel and return your order you must notify us in writing by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 working days from delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.
We will inform you of the appropriate address to return the goods to when you apply. Once the goods have arrived back to that address we can issue a full refund less any shipping costs and less re-stocking fees of 20%, providing the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent. Refunds may take up to 28 days to process.
All refunds, for whatever reason, and irrespective of where any fault lies are subject to a deduction of the card fees and administration costs.
For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from our Customer Service Centres may be recorded or monitored.
