DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW DOORS
At Online Door Store we want to get your new doors to you as quickly as possible, safely and with a minimum of fuss. Please do call us if you have any questions or concerns.
You can get FREE delivery on orders from just £750!
Delivery rates vary depending on how many doors/handles you order and the brands that you choose and will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
Certain location postcodes (mainly Northern Scotland) carry their own location surcharge and these charges will automatically be added at the checkout.
We also offer an 'express' delivery service with separate delivery rates for most brands, this will be automatically shown at checkout where available.
If you have a critical deadline please call first to seek advice and to check if your door is in stock.
Please note that our suppliers cannot arrange delivery without an attended contact number.
A signature is required for all deliveries so there must be someone at the delivery address from 8:00 am through to 7:00 pm to accept the delivery. A delivery time will usually be given by the supplier company.
Any delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours, by email, with supporting images. Otherwise no exchanges or refunds can be considered.
We cannot deliver to Eire, the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Mann or Isle of Wight.
The location delivery surcharge applies to postcodes: KA, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW. LPD doors can deliver to BT postcodes with a surcharge. Delivery to these postcodes is 5-10 working days and no express service is available.
1. Standard Delivery Service (3-7 working days)
The target for standard delivery is between three and seven working days. This is only possible if the door is in stock at the suppliers.
We use a variety of transport providers dependent upon how many doors have been ordered, where in the country you are, and which speed of service you would prefer. We ask you to give precise details for the delivery and also a phone number so that our partners can contact you to arrange the delivery, so you are inconvenienced as little as possible.
Please see below for delivery charges and also target delivery timescales dependent upon your postcode location. We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only. If you are overseas we can ship to a mainland freight forwarder of your choice. We will call you to take an extra payment in this case.
If you live in an outlying postcode or a postcode that our particular door supplier does not regularly deliver to, delivery can take longer than the standard target number of days.

2. Express Priority Service (1-2 working days)
We can deliver by Express for most brands within one or two working days as long as your payment reaches us by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your order.
Orders paid after 10:00 a.m. on a Friday cannot be delivered until the following Tuesday.
We can offer express delivery in one to two working days if the door is in stock and the supplier includes your particular postcode in their express service. Not all postcodes are covered.

5. Free Standard Delivery over £750 (3-7 working days)
As soon as your order for doors and handles or any other products reaches £750 you are entitled to Free Standard Delivery. This is taken care of automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, free delivery cannot be offered to special outlying postcodes which carry a surcharge. We do not offer a free express delivery service.
6. Standard Delivery Timescales and Special Postcodes*
Our standard TARGET delivery timescales are either 3 working days or 7 working days according to your postcode. These are the target time-frames, please always allow for up to seven working days. It is dependant on the door being in stock at the suppliers. Please call if you need to be certain of a delivery by a certain date. Please see a breakdown of the 3-day and 7-day postcodes below.
If you live in an outlying postcode or a postcode that your particular door supplier does not regularly deliver to, delivery can take longer than the standard target amount of days.
If you live in a ‘location surcharge postcode’ mainly within Northern Scotland delivery typically takes 5-10 working days.
Where you wish to collect the doors yourself payment for orders must be received before 10:00 on the day of collection.
*Express Priority Service and Standard Delivery charges and timescales apply only to the postcodes listed below as Target 3-day or 7+day service postcodes.
Sorry, we do not normally deliver to Northern Ireland (apart from LPD products), Eire, or the channel islands. We can ship to a mainland freight forwarder for you or obtain a quote for you.
We can deliver LPD brand doors to Northern Ireland, there is generally a surcharge of £85 on top of the standard delivery charges.
