DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW DOORS
At Online Door Store we want to get your new doors to you as
quickly as possible, safely and with a minimum of fuss. Please do call us if
you have any questions or concerns.
You can get FREE delivery on orders from just £750!
Delivery rates vary depending on how many doors/handles
you order.
Delivery rates also vary depending on the brand you
choose.
If you order products from more than one brand you will
be charged according to each brand's delivery rates.
Certain 'special' postcodes carry their own surcharge.
These charges will be added at the checkout.
We also offer an 'express' delivery service with separate
delivery rates.
If you have a critical deadline please call first to seek
advice and to check if your door is in stock.
Please note that our suppliers cannot arrange delivery
without an attended mobile contact number.
A signature is required for all deliveries so there
must be someone at the delivery address from 8:00 am through to 7:00 pm to
accept the delivery. A delivery time may or may not be given by the supplier
company.
Any delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours, by
email, with supporting images. Otherwise no exchanges or refunds can be
considered.
We cannot deliver to Eire, the Channel Islands, Scottish
Islands, Isle of Mann or Isle of Wight.
There is a delivery surcharge to postcodes: KA, KY, FK,
PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW. LPD doors can deliver to BT
postcodes with a surcharge.
Please call for delivery price/timing to these postcodes.
1. Delivery Details
We use a variety of transport providers dependent upon how
many doors have been ordered, where in the country you are, and which speed of
service you would prefer. We ask you to give precise details for the delivery
and also two phone numbers so that our partners can contact you to
arrange the delivery, so you are inconvenienced as little as possible. Please
see below for delivery charges and also target delivery timescales dependent
upon your postcode location. The target for standard delivery is between
three and seven working days. This is only possible if the door is
in stock at the suppliers. We deliver to uk Mainland addresses only. If
you are overseas we can ship to a mainland freight forwarder of your choice. We
will call you to take an extra payment in this case.
If you live in an outlying postcode or a postcode that your particular door
supplier does not regularly deliver to, delivery can take longer than the
standard target amount of days.
2. Express Priority Service *
We can deliver by Express (within one or two working
days) as long as your payment reaches us by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your
order. Orders paid after 10:00 a.m. on a Friday cannot be delivered until the
following Tuesday. Please select Express Priority Service at
checkout.

3. Standard Delivery Rates
Our standard delivery rates for doors and handles depend
upon the quantity ordered and the brand(s) you order as shown in the following
tables:
Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £750 in value!
All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your post code and basket contents.

A. Returns
You have a 14 day “cooling off” period during which you can request to return your purchase from us.
Simply send us an email to enquiries@onlinedoorstore.co.uk giving details of your order and what you would like to return. We will contact you to arrange collection, exchange and/or refund.
Items for return must be fully intact, in good condition and in their complete original packaging.
Our collection charges are £48 for the first door and £10 each for any extra doors.
B. Products Damaged on Delivery
If an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, you should write ‘damaged on delivery’ on the driver’s Proof of Delivery form or hand held device and send the item back with the driver. You should then contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacement or refund.
In any event you should inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damages should be made within this 48-hour period. Any damage should be photographed and reported immediately with your order number by email to enquiries@onlinedoorstore.co.uk.
C. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected by our supplier and we will notify you of any comments from them and arrange for exchange or refund.
Please note refunds will not include the delivery and collection charges for ‘un-wanted items’. If the product is proven to have been damaged on arrival, the refund will include the delivery charge

D. Bespoke orders
Please note, special sized items manufactured for you under our Bespoke service are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned or refunded.
E. Return Shipping Yourself
You may choose to return ship an item yourself. In this case, please contact us and we will notify you of the supplier’s address to return the item to. Please use a trackable, insured shipping service. The items must be returned to our suppliers within 14 days of you notifying us of your wish to return them yourself.
