Installation

The installation of the JB Kind Civic Black Internal Door is designed to be user-friendly and straightforward. Please do not store your doors in a freshly plastered room or in an unheated shed or garage.

This allows the doors to be trimmed or planed in order to make up for slight variations in the dimensions of the door frame. Trimming allowances vary from door to door. For hinge installation, we recommend using a minimum of three, 3" (three inch) quality hinges conforming to BS EN 1935. Three hinges will support the weight of the door and prevent warping.
